Baker McKenzie and CMS Advise on Polska Grupa Farmaceutyczna PLN 130 Million Bond Issuance

Baker McKenzie has advised Pelion Group subsidiary Polska Grupa Farmaceutyczna on the establishment of its bond issuance program and a PLN 130 million issuance of secured bonds. CMS advised organizer, underwriter, and offering agent Haitong Bank on the issuance.

The Pelion Group is the largest company in the Polish healthcare sector, according to Baker McKenzie. "The bonds are introduced to trading in the Catalyst alternative trading system, organized by the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The bonds were issued in order to obtain financing for the further development and expansion of PGF," the firm announced.

In 2020, Baker McKenzie advised Polska Grupa Farmaceutyczna on its PLN 150 million bond issuance (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on November 23, 2020).
