The Warsaw office of Baker McKenzie has advised Troax on its acquisition of Natom Logistic, a Polish-headquartered manufacturer of warehouse equipment in Europe. KPMG Law reportedly advised the seller, Natom Logistic founder Tomasz Swiatek, on the transaction.

Baker McKenzie describes Troax, which has been active since 1995 and is listed on Nasdaq Nordic, as "the market leader in the field of developing high-quality, metal-based mesh panel solutions.”

Baker McKenzie’s team included Warsaw-based Partner Tomasz Krzyzowski and Associate Pawel Jaros, supported by a team in Stockholm led by Partner Anna Orlander.
