Greenberg Traurig Advises Oanda Global Corporation on Acquisition of Dom Maklerski TMS Brokers

Greenberg Traurig has advised Oanda Global Corporation on the acquisition of Dom Maklerski TMS Brokers S.A from Nabbe Investments, a subsidiary of PineBridge Investments. Baker McKenzie reportedly advised Nabbe and PineBridge Investmenets on the deal. 

Financial aspects of the transaction, which awaits approval from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, were not disclosed.

According to Greenberg Traurig, Dom Maklerski TMS Brokers S.A. is the oldest forex brokerage house on the Polish market. According to the firm, "the platforms created by TMS Brokers provide clients with access to thousands of investment products, including contracts for currencies, crypto, indices, commodities and stocks from the world's major exchanges.”

Oanda is a CFD broker which provides online multi-asset trading, payments, money transfers, and currency data.
