Schoenherr and DSC Advise on Saller Group's Acquisition of Kapfenberg Retail Park

Schoenherr has advised Saller Unternehmensgruppe on its acquisition of FMZ Kapfenberg from LLB Immo KAG. DSC advised the sellers.

Founded in Weimar almost 40 years ago, Saller Unternehmensgruppe develops, builds, leases, and operates commercial real estate and generates renewable energy via its wind and photovoltaic installations.

FMZ Kapfenberg is a 14,000-square-meter retail park in Styria. According to Schoenherr, this represents Saller’s first investment in Austria and establishes its presence alongside existing operations in Germany, the Czech Republic, Poland, and Slovakia. Moreover, Schoenherr reports that FMZ Kapfenberg is anchored by Billa Plus and BIPA and also hosts a pharmacy, Libro, Pagro Diskont, Action, and Fressnapf.
