DLA Piper has advised TAG on the refinancing of its syndicated credit facilities, outstanding Schuldschein notes, and bilateral credit lines.
TAG is an Austrian transmission system operator and natural gas supplier. According to DLA Piper, it operates approximately 380 kilometers of pipeline infrastructure.
