Former Bulboaca si Asociatii lawyer Cosmin Stavaru has joined Bondoc si Asociatii as Partner.
According to Bondoc si Asociatii, Stavaru has over 13 years of experience in business law, "and during his career he has assisted private investors, local and international corporations, investment funds and institutional clients in major transactions, most of them in areas such as real estate, public-private partnerships, commercial, energy/natural resources and corporate/mergers & acquisitions."
Stavaru graduated from the Law School of the Bucharest University and the French-Romanian Law College of European Studies in 2004. He has a degree in International Law and Human Rights from the Robert Schuman University in Strasbourg, and he is a member of the Bucharest Bar. Prior to joining Bondoc si Asociatii Law Firm, Cosmin was a Partner at Bulboaca si Asociatii.
Cosmin Stavaru explained his decision to move to Bondoc: "I enthusiastically and confidently join the team of Bondoc si Asociatii, a very strong, sophisticated and dynamic team of lawyers. Bondoc si Asociatii is one of the very few law firms able to successfully manage large scale and complex projects in all areas, and the law firm with the speediest growth in the market in the recent years. I trust that I will contribute to the continuation of this trend, to the direct benefit of the clients to be assisted by us.”
Lucian Bondoc, Managing Partner of the firm, stated that: “Ever since he ranked first when admitted in the Law School, many years ago, when he chose a career in the legal area, having a subsequent evolution that has culminated to the way in which he manages cases nowadays, and having gained a portfolio of experience and clients, Cosmin has reflected a profile highly appreciated by Bondoc si Asociatii -- namely, that of a top professional, a typology that is a benchmark to us in the management of our team. We are confident in the synergies that will be generated by his joining our team. Cosmin will join us as Partner, and will strengthen further the real estate/construction, corporate/commercial and energy/natural resource practice groups.”
