Dana Radulescu has become a Partner within the Maravela & Asociatii advisory practice group.
Radulescu first joined the team in 2014 when she founded Trust Insolvency, the affiliated insolvency house of Maravela & Asociatii. Prior to that, she was an Insolvency Lawyer with Euro Insol from 2011 to 2014, preceded by two years working as a Senior Associate with Vernon, David & Associates. Earlier still, she was a Partner with Rubin Meyer Doru & Trandafir between May 2005 and September 2007.
"I joined Maravela & Asociatii`s team in 2014 in the insolvency & restructuring department," commented Radulescu. "My biggest passion, however, always was and remains legal advisory. It is therefore both a real pleasure and honor for me to join this practice group and to contribute, alongside the other partners, to building a new approach in Romanian business law.
