Clifford Chance Badea has announced the expansion of its Corporate M&A and Real Estate practices with the addition of former Noerr Associated Partner Mihai Macelaru, who joins Clifford Chance as Counsel.
Macelaru has more than 13 years of experience, including previous positions with Drinceanu Ene & Asociatii, Popovici Nitu & Partners, and NNDKP, where he spent over four and a half years. He moved from NNDKP to Noerr in December 2014. He specializes in complex merger and acquisition deals, joint-ventures, and privatizations on the capital markets.
