Noerr has advised Romanian corrugated cardboard and tissue paper company Vrancart on the National Recovery and Resilience Plan financing for its construction of a 20-megawatt photovoltaic park.
The financing was agreed following an application process and a contract was eventually signed with the Romanian Ministry of Energy.
Vrancart is a Romanian listed company active in the paper and cardboard markets. It operates both production facilities and around 20 recycling and collection points around the country. Its main shareholders include SIF Banat-Crisana and Paval Holding.
