Vlasceanu & Partners has advised the Photon Energy Group on its acquisition of two new renewable energy projects in Timis County, Romania, with the group set to further develop and operate them.
The Photon Energy Group is an Amsterdam-headquartered solar power and water energy specialist. According to Vlasceanu & Partners, the company is one of the most active players in the Romanian market, with a fast-growing portfolio of sound and bankable projects.
Back in January, Vlasceanu & Partners announced it had advised the Photon Energy Group on the development of a 27-megawatt portfolio of renewable energy projects in Romania (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on January 17, 2023).
The Vlasceanu & Partners team was led by Partners Loredana Vlasceanu and Raluca Spinu and included Senior Associate Mihaela Farin, Associate Stefania Neagu, and Junior Associates Vlad Velcea and Sorina Viziru.
