Filip & Company has advised residential developer Alesonor on its partnership with the Verita International School & Kindergarten to develop the second Verita campus in Romania in Alesonor's Amber Forest suburb.
According to the firm, the Verita Campus in Amber Forest will be developed in two stages, covering 15,000 square meters. "With only 20% of the land area dedicated to construction, most of the space will be reserved for sports fields, parks, and green areas, following the development principles of the suburb. The school will also be the first nZEB (near-zero energy building) school in Romania, emphasizing energy efficiency, but also health benefits, such as fresh air, natural light, paints without volatile organic compounds, etc."
"This partnership brings to Romania an international standard in terms of the quality of education and housing, encouraging the development of a sustainable and harmonious community," Filip & Company Partner Ioana Roman highlighted.
Back in 2022, Filip & Company had also advised Alesonor Real Estate Development on its partnership with the Pescariu Sports & Spa for the development of the Amber Forest sports center and leisure areas (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on October 10, 2022).
