On August 3, 2023, Musat & Asociatii and Firon Bar-Nir both announced that the sale of Adesgo’s seamless apparel business to Tefron Europe (reported by CEE Legal Matters on April 18, 2023) had closed.
Adesgo is a Romanian producer of seamless undergarments. Israeli group company Tefron Europe develops and manufactures seamless products.
As previously reported, Musat & Asociatii advised Adesgo on the sale of its seamless apparel business, while Firon Bar-Nir advised Tefron on the acquisition.
The Musat & Asociatii team included Partner Monia Dobrescu, Managing Associates Madalina Trifan, Alina Man, and Simona Anton, and Senior Associate Cristian Cepesi.
The Firon Bar-Nir team included Senior Managing Partner Ron Bar-Nir, Managing Partner Alina Moldovan, Partners Itzik Blau and Diana Schiopu, Managing Associate Sabrina Necula, and Associate Livia Draghici.
