Musat & Asociatii has advised the EBRD on a EUR 16 million facility granted to TeraPlast Group, a Romanian producer of materials for installation, construction, and design markets.
According to Musat & Asociatii, "the senior loans granted by the EBRD will finance the implementation of the group’s projects in CEE."
Musat & Asociatii’s team was lead by Partner Monia Dobrescu and included Managing Associate Madalina Trifan and Senior Associate Cristian Cepesi.
