The Supervisory Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange has elected Adam Milosz, co-founding Partner of the Galt law firm, to be its chairman.

The Supervisory Board, which oversees the activities of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, consists of five to seven members and meets at least once each quarter of the year. The term of office of its members is joint and lasts for 3 years.

Milosz specializes in real estate and is a licensed restructuring advisor. At Galt he coordinates works related to corporate law, restructuring, and insolvency. Prior to founding Galt in 2010 he worked at Clifford Chance from 2006-2009 and at the German real estate developer ECE from 2001-2005.
