Wolf Theiss has announced that it provided local Austrian advice to FACC on the Chinese company's EUR 213 million IPO and listing on the Viennese Stock Exchange. As reported by CEE Legal Matters on June 27, 2014, Skadden provided the international advice.

Skadden is representing FACC AG in its EUR 213 million initial public offering of shares on the Vienna Stock Exchange, with an offer price set at EUR 9.50 per share. Trading commenced on June 25. 

Baker & McKenzie has announced the election of 65 new partners from 32 offices in 22 countries across the Firm worldwide, bringing the total number of partners in the Firm to 1,480.

Wolf Theiss has announced that the firm's Arbitration practice will be led going forward by Partner Florian Haugeneder, who the firm describes as leading "a new generation" in charge of the practice. Haugeneder's team is expected to grow in short order as well. 

CHSH Cerha Hempel Spiegelfeld Hlawati has hired lawyer Harald Stingl as a Partner in the firm's Corporate/M&A team in Vienna, effective as of June 1, 2014. Stingl joins from competitor Wolf Theiss.
