CHSH Assists Winning Team in Austrian Competition Law Moot Court

CHSH is reporting that it supervised the winning team in a competition law moot court organized by the Austrian Federal Competition Authority.

According to CHSH, "on 16 May 2017 the oral hearing took place on the premises of the Vienna University for Economics and Business Administration and the team Juridicum 1, consisting of Claudia Pottinger, Paul Nimmerfall, and Daniel Metz succeeded in the final. The team was supervised by CHSH, namely Bernhard Kofler-Senoner (Partner) and Stefan Hirner (Associate). Among others Johannes Laitenberger (Director General for Competition of the European Commission) and Theodor Thanner (Director General of the Austrian Federal Competition Authority) were in the audience. The moot court jury was headed by Nikolaus Schaller, judge at the Austrian Cartel Court."
