Stratulat Albulescu Advises Coda Intelligence on Sale to PDQ

Stratulat Albulescu has advised the founders of Romanian automated cybersecurity solutions provider Coda Intelligence on the sale of the company to PDQ. Kirkland & Ellis reportedly advised PDQ.

Coda Intelligence was founded in 2016 and has previously received investments from both Early Game Ventures and Roca X.

Founded in 2001, PDQ helps IT professionals manage and organize hardware, software, and configuration data for Windows and Apple-based devices.

According to Stratulat Albulescu, "through this transaction, the two companies will be able to advance their shared mission of enabling organizations of all sizes to maintain a strong security posture."

The Stratulat Albulescu team included Managing Partner Silviu Stratulat, Partners Cristina Man and Andrei Albulescu, Managing Associate Anca Ulea, Senior Associate Amanda Csaki, and Associates Cezara Mitea and Camelia Panaite.
