Gessel has advised VirtusLab on its merger with SoftwareMill. DSK Kancelaria advised SoftwareMill.

VirtusLab provides software engineering and consultancy services. SoftwareMill is a custom software solutions developer.

According to SoftwareMill CEO Tomasz Szymanski, “this merger represents a significant milestone in the histories of both companies. SoftwareMill will remain an independent company within the group, with Szymanski as the CEO, and will be a minority shareholder of the VirtusLab Group.
