Musat & Asociatii has advised Tecadra Hotels on its partnership with the Accor Group for the complete transformation and expansion of the Tecadra Hotel in Bucharest.
Tecadra Hotels and the Accor Group are hospitality companies.
According to Musat & Asociatii, "from September 2025, the hotel will reopen under the name Tecadra Bucharest Handwritten Collection, thus becoming the first hotel in Romania under the Handwritten Collection brand, a concept launched a year ago by Accor."
The Musat & Asociatii team included Partner Monia Dobrescu, Counsels Madalina Trifan and Manuela Lupeanu, and Managing Associates Cristian Cepesi and Julieta Sfecla.
